DESCRIPTION

Also known as NUDB_ECOLI, nudB, ntpA. Catalyzes the hydrolysis of dihydroneopterin triphosphate to dihydroneopterin monophosphate and pyrophosphate. Required for efficient folate biosynthesis. Can also hydrolyze nucleoside triphosphates with a preference for dATP.
